Language of the heart- Smile

Up went the swing.. her curly locks flying.. widening her smile.. and ‘Weeeeeee’ the tiny tot whooped.. “Wish I were her” implored a glum heart .. “Wish I could have tat heartwarming smile” ..“Wish I could regain that gift of innocence” mumbled a dejected heart.. So what was that heart demanding for.. craving for.. It’s the simple thing H-A-P-P-I-N-E-S-S!!! Is it the longing of only that heart? It is the craving of every heart which has love and life besides flesh and blood.

In our lives.. countless number of times we lose a smile.. and let emptiness engulf us.. For an instant, picture yourself jumping off a cliff.. you are fighting to breathe.. screaming on top of your lungs.. shutting your eyes so tight.. but you are going down faster and faster.. welcomed by gravity with its scary arms.. and ‘Eeeeks’ you land on a spring bed.. Sigh!!! You say to yourself.. “Man, I m still alive!” and flash your pearly whites.. thinking it’s a “MIRACLE” . That’s exactly what life is..

Life is a miracle.. which we ought to celebrate, cherish and be grateful for .. Every other feeling is an element that beautifies this precious gift of ours.. However we look at those feelings through a magnifier .. curse our lives.. brood over it.. rather than taking it as a pin that pricks your finger while unwrapping this magnificent gift.

HAPPINESS is not materialistic.. it is neither given nor taken.. it is generated in you.. it is born .. every second in your bosom.. but we don’t realize it.. That is when we need a stimulation.. And every other feeling serves as a stimulator or a retarder..Happiness is always within you.. permanently seated in the bottom of your heart.. we ought to pump it up to those curvy lips and pearly whites to flash that million dollar smile.

Touch your heart .. you feel it.. you feel it beat.. pumping blood every second.. and up with the blood flows the happiness rejuvenating every cell.. making you glisten like the dew drop in the shimmering rays.. so fresh.. so clear.. so light..

Don’t search for happiness elsewhere.. don’t brood over its absence.. don’t complain over its inefficiency.. If you think , you are missing it.. close your eyes.. feel your heart.. feel its beat.. it has never stopped beating.. it has never absconded.. it has never been inefficient.. it has always been there.. beating for you.. That’s where all the happiness lies.

Your happiness is lost only when your heart stops.. so , till the last beating of your heart..till the final breathing of your lungs.. let the happiness in you thrive.. Live and let live.. Make your happiness the stimulus to every smile around.
